How to Return an Item

  1. Request a return authorisation by contacting our team at support@fittvibe.com.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible.
  3. Include your order number and return reason with your package.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided in your return authorisation.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days. It may take an additional 2–5 business days to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or colour, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our customer service team immediately at support@fittvibe.com. Including photos of the item and packaging will help us resolve the issue faster.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, a prepaid shipping label will be provided.

Tip: Keep your postage receipt and tracking number until your refund is finalised.
